We Are Back!!!!

The moment we got him

We are back!!!!! We had an amazing time in Ethiopia and are so thankful to finally have Addis with us. There are so many details to share and so many stories so we hope to post a lot either in writing or in video over the next several days. That said, our focus for now is thanking God for a successful adventure, a safe return and the reunification of our now family of five!

Addis is doing great and is living up to his reputation as a man of passion. He is a great charmer and is also really good at crying loudly! Ellie and Ansley Mills also seem to be warming to their brother and Leah and I are making the shift away from man-to-man and into our zone defense. All in all, things are good and we are just so thankful for all the prayers and encouragement that many of you have offered throughout this journey.

The chaos continues!

Addis was pretty freaked out for the first hour or so, but then he started liking us

First bath as a Carpenter

Loving his excersaucer

Ansley Mills has especially taken to her new role as big sister

Such a treat to see y'all at church! And I know you're busy, and that it's part sad, but you are just gonna have to take a good pic and replace that super cute one from the pool that's in the top right corner of your blog. why am i really writing that? i guess cause now it just looks like somebody's missing! :)
